Nano Crystal² Formula (or NCF) consists of a special crystalline material with two “active” properties. Firstly, the formula generates negative ions which eliminate static charge and secondly it converts warmth into far infrared. Furutech combines this curious crystalline material with microscopic ceramic particles and carbon powder to produce an additional “piezo effect” with subduing properties. The Furutech FT-SWS-D NCF BOX (R) POWER DISTRIBUTOR is also available in a modified version, done by Akiko Audio. Here the sides are filled with A.A.T. (tuning mix) and a special resin. 
This makes the power distributor considerably heavier causing a better absorption of micro vibrations. Our A.A.T. tuning mix causes an even better sound.
